AgentOS operates exclusively inside the CRM at /agentos/*. Click the AgentOS rail in the sidebar to reach the Monitor desk. There you will see live cards for HITL queue counts, pending first-response drafts, SLA metrics from the scoreboard, aged inventory alerts, and a roster summary. Use these to prioritize daily work before opening individual surfaces.

The dedicated Agents page shows every active contract grouped by capability. Click an agent ID to view its full contract JSON, linked workflows, and performance history. This is where you verify which agents are entitled on this rooftop and adjust their scopes.

Chat is reached at /agentos/chat. Select an agent, enter a prompt about a specific VIN or lead, and receive a structured response that is always a draft. The interface provides one-click queuing to the Approvals HITL queue in Sales OS. No message ever leaves the system without human review and approval.

Workflows and Cron surfaces allow defining and scheduling repeatable processes. Cron jobs are configured with intervals and always terminate by queuing drafts to either pipeline tasks or the approvals desk — never direct execution or customer outreach. The Tokens desk tracks cumulative LLM usage for this process only, with no API keys visible. Models at /agentos/models register a catalogued cloud host or a private-IP local runtime and store a credential key name only. The APIs page catalogs all available endpoints for external integration.

To maintain operational flow, use the header product switcher to jump from AgentOS Monitor directly to /pipeline or /approvals in Sales OS when actioning reviewed drafts. Update this Learn Academy journal with new playbooks after every major change. All surfaces enforce the core rule: human-in-the-loop on every customer path. Review the Monitor scoreboard first thing each morning to set priorities.
