HITL in this OS (Approvals)
Approvals is the Sales OS human-in-the-loop queue. All agent and studio output waits for review.
HITL is the safety layer of this OS. Agents, cron, Listing Studio, PhotoDesk, and first-response only write drafts. autoSend and autoPublish stay false — there is no unsupervised send or publish.
The queue lives in Sales OS at /approvals. Open items are status draft or pending_approval. A person then approves or rejects. sent is marked by a human after they actually send — the OS does not send for them.
Kinds on the queue include first_response, listing_copy, and listing_photo. Scoreboard splits message drafts from Listing Studio jobs so you know which desk to open. AgentOS monitor counts the same queue; switch the product rail to Sales OS to work it.
Quiet hours can hold first-response drafts (see the quiet-hours playbook). Critique failures also stay in draft for a rewrite. Filter ?status=pending for the work queue, or ?quiet=1 for first-response holds.
No agent chat and no practice content leaves this rooftop as a customer message. Review the body, the inventory match, and any price line against the unit before you approve.
