Scoreboard: what the numbers mean

Internal playbook. This never messages a lead.

TitleTopicSummaryBody

Scoreboard at /scoreboard is not a second database. Every number is a projection from this rooftop's pipeline, inventory, tasks, and Approvals.

The Next card picks one action in order: breached first-touch SLA, then message drafts, then Listing Studio jobs, then aged units on the lot, then open tasks. If none of those are waiting, the floor is clear.

SLA breached and SLA due soon count New Lead cards still inside the tenant first-touch window (shown in minutes next to the rooftop name). Those tiles open /pipeline?sla=breached or ?sla=due_soon.

Message drafts are open HITL items that are not listing copy or listing photos — first-response and other customer-message kinds. They open /approvals. Listing Studio counts listing_copy plus listing_photo still in draft or pending_approval.

Aged units (≥30d) are available vehicles with days-in-stock at or over 30. That tile opens /inventory?aging=aged. Open tasks counts pending floor follow-ups and opens /tasks.

The footer repeats lead count, available units, and untouched New Leads. None of these tiles invent volume, APR, or city sales.
